Frances left this world on September 6, 2024 at the age of 91, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Ropp and Dorothy M. Ropp (Martin); her brothers, Martin, Walter and Lantz Ropp; her sister-in-law Shirley Ropp; her son-in-law James Jacobs; and her great grandchild Penelope Schaver.
She is survived by: her husband Donald L. Schaver; her children, Debra Jacobs, Erie, Steven Schaver (Asunta), Michael Schaver (Tammy) of Coal Valley, IL, Tamra Dillin (Gail) and Carlos Nunez (Stella); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ellen Ropp and Jean Spaid. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Arc of the Quad Cities.
