It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edith Weimer of Erie, Illinois, born in Fenton, Illinois, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Blasdell and Ethel Blasdell (Funderburgh); her husband Glen Weimer; her daughter Linda Steimle; her grandson Justin Weimer; and her siblings, Louis Blasdell, Ida Hovey and George Blasdell.
She is survived by: her son Ronald Weimer; her son-in-law Michael Steimle; her sister Susan Englekens (Bob); her sister-in-law Shirley Blasdell; and her grandchildren, Todd Weimer (Lisa), Bryan Steimle, Michelle Quinn (Mark), Jeff Steimle (Ali) and Brad Steimle (Christina). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
