He is survived by: his mother Eloise Troutt (Boggs); his children, Matthew (Lyla Troutt), Shannon (Ran Troutt) and Audriana Rector of Harrisburg; his siblings, Karen (Tony Lucas), Donna (Michael Durbin) and Jimmy (Amanda Millspaugh); and his grandchildren, Quinn, Zoey and Oliver.
