He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Emery and Sarah Alline Emery (Colbert); and his sister Bonnie June Brown. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Emery of Equality; his daughters, Jackie (Mark Motsinger) and Kristin (Travis Perkins); his grandchildren, Brittany (Israel Burtis), Garrett Jones, Caitin Jones, Ana (Jacob Blackman), Haley (Ryan Callahan), Kelsey (Kameron Bellfy), Carson, Chloe, Miley Perkins, Caleb Motsinger and Gabriel (Maria Motsinger); his great grandchildren, Landon, Lane, Jaden, Deaton, Adley, Alex, Leah, Kane, Finley, Rory and Fletcher; his brother Bernie (Wanda Emery); and his nephews, Greg (Tina Emery), Lance (Jamie Emery) and Michael (Julie Brown).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Life Christian Center (519 N McHenry St, Equality, IL 62934). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Gary's memory may be made to the New Life Christian Church.
