She was predeceased by: her parents, James Houston and Mary Elizabeth Houston (Wallace); her husband John Millspaugh; her son-in-law Delbert Hise; and her siblings, Margaret Kitchens, Mary Montgomery, Hattie Kennedy, Rachel Dailey and James Austin Houston.
She is survived by: her daughter Pam Hise of Equality; her grandchildren, Jody Aud of Equality, Jimmy Hise (Angi) of Equality and Julie Aud of Raleigh; and her great grandchildren, Amber Aud of Marion, Amy Aud of Eldorado, Kaitlyn Dalton (Christian) of Eldorado and Jade Hise of Marion. She is also survived by five great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
