He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozna Willard and Edna Mae Midkiff (Williams); his son Darren Midkiff; his stepdaughter Tarah Koberlein; and his sister Burma Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Lemasters (Gene) of Marion, IL; his stepdaughter Connie Sauls of Olney; and his brothers, Robert Midkiff of Carmi and Norman Midkiff of Tuscon, AZ. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memory contributions may be made in Willard's memory to Campbell Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
