She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Claude and Thelma Lane (Newman); her husband Robert Barger; her daughters, Melinda Oakley (Jeff) and LaDonna Miller (Jeff); her grandchildren, Robert Oakley (Kim), Elaine Hall (Brandon), Matthew Oakley, Lance Miller (Lindsey) and Kayla Karr (Jon); and her siblings, James A. Lane (Ann), Marsha Rush (Clyde) and Sharon Barger (Ron). She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
Masks will be required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Willis Family 4th of July Firework Display.
