She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Williams and Ruby Williams (Crawford); and her daughter Loretta "Lori" Horn. She is survived by: her husband Bill Horn of Enfield, IL; her children, Jimmy Horn of Enfield, IL, Johnny Fields (Renea) of Enfield, IL and Tiffany Lindsay of Lebanon, IN; her grandchildren, Ashley Oglesby (Blaine) and Billy Wayne Horn; her great grandchildren, Jacob Horn, Danika Horn and Weston Robert Smith; her sister Karen Lewis (Bill) of Enfield, IL; her aunt Reba Cushman of Enfield, IL; her niece Melanie Garrett (Chad); and her nephew Bill Lewis III (Charla).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Stendeback Funeral Home (119 W Main St, Enfield, IL 62835). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jan's memory to Enfield Christian Church, and will be accepted at Stendeback Funeral Home in Enfield, or may be mailed to 609 W. Main St. Carmi, IL. 62821.
