Eleanor Rankin Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 1, 2019, at the age of 89, Eleanor Rankin (Enfield, Illinois), born in Dahlgren, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rost and Mary M. Rost (Anselment); her husband James L. "Jim" Rankin; her grandson Robert Cochran; and her siblings, Edward, John, Leo Rost, Helen Walk, Lucille Allsbury and Irene Kreher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Weiss (David), Janis Cochran (Ken) and Judie Simmons (Keith); and her sisters, Floann Mitchell and Mary Lou Brown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
