He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Joshua Tirey of McKinney, TX, Christina Abbott (Joseph) of Murphysboro and Ashley Thompson of Denver, CO; his brother John Tirey of Virginia Beach, VA; his sister-in-law Brenda Tirey of Virginia Beach, VA; his sister Dorothy Motzer of Hamilton, OH; his brother-in-law Art Motzer of Hamilton, OH; his parents-in-law, Dorsie Phillips of Shelbyville, KY and Marshall Phillips of Shelbyville, KY; and his siblings-in-law, Sandy Roberts Dunn (Greg) of Cave City, KY, Todd Phillips of Frankfort, KY and Peggie Phillips of Frankfort, KY. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
