He is survived by: his wife Maria Beltz of Energy, IL; his children, Sunday Cissell, Joseph Victor Beltz, Dolly Pierson and Barry Prog; his stepdaughters, Gladys Silva and Blanca Rodriguez; and his sisters, Delores Anabbott and Vera Moses. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
