She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed Taylor and Nellie Taylor (Stewart); her son James Griffith; and her siblings, Robert, William, Jim, Esther, Vivian, Hazel and Zena.
She is survived by: her spouse Lavern Griffith; her daughters, Cindy (Bill Sizemore) and Crista Kosco of Herrin; and her granddaughters, Lindsay Sizemore, Amanda (Kody Chamness), Lori Sizemore, Kelley Kosco and Amy (Scott Shapkoff). She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren with one on the way; 1 great-great grandchild on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews.
