We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2020, at the age of 71, Ann Wade (Energy, Illinois) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Ann Wade to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Frick and Jewell M. Frick (Simpson); and her brother Dr. William D. Frick. She is survived by: her husband Harry D. Wade of Energy; her children, Monty, Rebecca Wade of Mahomet, Jami, Brad Burris of Energy, Donny and Jennifer Wade of Herrin; her grandchildren, Carson Burris, Braden Burris, Logan Wade and Dylan Green; and her brother James A. Frick II of Cahokia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations are suggested and may be made to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church or to OLMC New School Fund, c/o 316 West Monroe, Herrin, IL 62948.
