He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Beryl Wagoner and Doris Wagoner (Hoerr); and his wife Glenda Kennedy. He is survived by: his children, Brian Wagoner (Sheryl), Ed Wagoner and Jennifer Pundt (Mike); his grandchildren, Dustin Cumming (Kari), Ben Wagoner (Katlynne), Zach Leonard (Rachael) and Austin Leonard; his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Chloe, Warren, Paisley and Zayne; his sisters, Susie Kohler (Bill) and Ann Posner (Mark); and his close friend Judi Cowser.
Memorial donations may be made to the Bethel Church Fund , Emden Fire and Rescue, or to the Emden American Legion Post 506 and will be accepted at the funeral home.
