She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Hilst and Helen Woodruff Hilst; and her grandson Troy Clark. She is survived by: her husband H. William Briggs; and her sons, Greg Briggs (Lori) of Tremont, Neil Briggs (Deb) of Erie, PA and Mark Briggs (Nicole) of Emden. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
