We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2020, Joyce Ann Shirley of Emden, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Klokkenga and Martha Klokkenga (Cross); her son Gary Shirley; her daughter-in-law Marla Shirley; her grandson Austin Hellman; and her brother Leland Klokkenga.
She is survived by: her husband James Shirley; her daughters, Linda Zinser (Kevin), Lorita Hellman (Linn) and Stacy Olson (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Melissa Cockburn (Trent), Craig Zinser (Tammy), Lori Beekman (Blake), Lisa Cardinal (Andrew), Tommy Zinser (Angie), Ann Taylor (Nathan), Ryan Shirley (Jen), William Shirley (Lisa), Jason Shirley (Morgan), Drew Olson (Michelle), Abby Olson, Clay Olson, Emme Olson, Adam Hellman (Elta Zahner) and Libbie Wamhoff. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Lincoln or to Bethel Church.
