He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Hoerbert and Anna Ruth Harmsen Hoerbert; and his brothers, Robert and John. He is survived by: his wife Clara E. Perce; his sons, Douglas Hoerbert (Cindy) of Mackinaw, Mark Hoerbert of Delavan and John Hoerbert (Tina) of San Jose; his grandchildren, Allisa List (Mitchell), Arriana Hoerbert, Bailey Hoerbert, Abbigail Hoerbert and Addam Hoerbert; and his great grandchild Colen List.
Memorials may be made to St. Peter's Lutheran Church or Camp Griesheim.
