He is survived by: his wife Carolynn (Zitnik); his children, Stacey, Jeffrey (Cheryl) and Thomas (Kristin); his grandchildren, Ryan (Emily), Abigail (Daze), Andrew, Ashley, Jake, Eliza, Noah and Benjamin; and his siblings, Lorrie Ebner (Dean), Leonard, John, Donald and Linda Cappelletti (Anthony).
