He is survived by: his wife Ardelle Chrastka; his sons, Michael Chrastka (Cyndi), Jeffrey Chrastka (Carin) and Todd Chrastka; his grandchildren, Heather Corins (Isaac), Allison Chrastka, Michael Chrastka (Linh), Dylan Chrastka, Cody Chrastka and Caitlin Chrastka; and his great grandchildren, Mckenzie Chrastka, Caia Corins and Amara Corins.
