He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. O'Brien and Celeste A. O'Brien; and his brother John "Jack" W. O'Brien. He is survived by: his siblings, James A. O'Brien (Mary Jo), Maureen O'Brien, Barry T. O'Brien (Sandra), Michael D. O'Brien and Jamee A. O'Brien; and his sister-in-law Lynda O'Brien. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
