He is survived by: his children, Jeff (Ann Warachowski), Craig (Kathy), Tim, Peggy Vavra (Kurt), Patti Essig (Jim) and Sue Raddatz (Frank McKean); his grandchildren, Kelly Luce (Alex Jaynes), Kristin Whitaker (Doug), Stefanie Cornelius (Carson), Keri Luce, Courtney Bolt (Mike), Kimberly, Daniel Vavra, Kevin, Scott Essig, Lauren and Kyle Raddatz; his great grandchildren, Mason, Colin Bolt, Ethan, Abigail Cornelius, Jack and Blake Whitaker; and his sister-in-law Anne Leamy (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Thomas Hospice.
