She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Sr. Kirby and Lucille Kirby (Nee Gosch); and her brothers, Francis Jr. and James Kirby. She is survived by: her husband John Howard Sr.; her children, John Jr. (Laurie), William Sr. (Linda), Patrick (Loretta), Andrew Howard (Patti) and Julie Kozlowski (Vince); her sister Jeanne Davy; her grandchildren, John III, Peter, Laurie Beth, William Jr., Matthew, Daniel, Patrick, Connor, Michael, Justin, Allison, Vincent, Maxwell and William; and her great grandchildren, Hudson, Hadley, Landon, Lydia, Levi, Ruth Anne and Magdalene.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Patricia's name would be greatly appreciated.
