It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois J. Vander Pol (Elwood, Illinois), born in Lansing, Illinois, who passed away on August 8, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Orville "Slim" Vander Pol; and her parents, George DeYoung and Cora DeYoung. She is survived by: her children, Dale Vander Pol (Terri), Gary Vander Pol (Della) and Susan Daly; her grandchildren, Robin, Katelyn, Mallory, Jill, Mark, Megan, Eric and Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Charles, Olsen and Lena.
