He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Peck); his daughters, Gina Mantia of Elwood and Kristina Corcoran of Elwood; his grandchildren, Gage, Zach, Gillian and Gavin; and his siblings, Leonard, Jr. Facchina (Joan), Richard Facchina (Nora) and Dolores Schraeger (Barry).
