He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his mother Patricia Carlos; his stepfather Phillip Carlos; his daughters, Haley Kavanaugh (Brigit) and Taylor Kavanaugh; his brother Michael Kavanaugh (Carolyn); his parents-in-law, Kathleen and David Plese; his siblings-in-law, Angie Randich (Todd) and David Plese; his uncles, Joseph Walsh (Mary Jane) and Timothy Walsh (Cindy); and his nieces, Holly Stone (Steve) and Keirsten Plese. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles and cousins and his faithful canine companion.
