He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Green; his parents, Jim, Sr. Green and Ollie Green; his daughter Betty Denise Ayday; and his siblings, Betty Brumley and Charlie Green.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Cicenas (Rimas), Robert Green (Tracy), Michael Gurley (Jason) and Teresa Hoard; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Cicenas, Ryan Cicenas, George Wood, Roxanne Wood, Megan Wood and Aydin Ayday; and his sibling Jerry Green (Barbara Jo).
