He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Lindsey Schroll; and his grandparents, Dorothy Riebe, Jack Riebe, Sr., Melvin Schroll and Olive Schroll.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Schroll of Elwood, IL; his sons, Jonathan Schroll of Sanford, NC and Steven Schroll of Elwood, IL; his parents, Elmer "Skip" and Sandra Schroll (Riebe) of Wilmington, IL; his siblings, Timothy Schroll (Denise) of Lockport, IL, Todd Schroll (Rosie) of Wilmington, IL and Susan Filos (Dave) of Murrieta, CA; his godmother Arla; his aunt Knudsen; his uncle Greg Riebe; and his friend Mark Clark (Peggy) of Joliet, IL.. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
