He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vilcek and Anna Vilcek. He is survived by: his wife Donna Vilcek; his sons, Mark (Tanya) and Keith Vilcek (Amy); and his granddaughters, Alyssa, Brianna and Gabriella. He is also survived by 3 sisters; 1 brother and numerous nieces and nephews.
