With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Bulger (Elwood, Illinois), born in Harvey, Illinois, who passed away on June 20, 2019 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Bulger and Mary Bulger; his sister Mary Ann Lenich; his niece Mary Beth Lenich; and his brother-in-law Bill Lewandowski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sister Kathleen Havens (Ken); his siblings-in-law, June Lewandowski, Nancy Hooks and Michael Lenich; his brother Michael Bulger (Judy); and his pet Otto. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated.
