He is survived by: his wife Judy Burlison; his children, Cynthia Johnson (Clay) and Jeffrey Burlison (Lorie); his granddaughters, Christy Vojtanek (Phil), Jacquelyn Purchase (Bobby) and Stacey Lohmar (Cory Campbell); his stepgrandchildren, Sarah McMillin (Jason), Matt Johnson and Adam Johnson (Christina); his great grandchild Kennedy Purchase; and his brother David Burlison.
