She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Czernik (Stanek) and Edward Czernik; her son Ted Pryor (Melinda) of Chicago; her former husband Theodore J. Pryor; her son John Pryor; and her brother Daniel Czernik.
She is survived by: her spouse Zigmont "Jay" Lewandowski; her son Andy Pryor of Tinley Park; her grandchildren, Ted (Jessica) and Ryan Pryor; her great grandchild Jacob Pryor; her sisters, Nancy Gagner (Gene) of Chanhassen, MN and Kathie Ford (late Paul) of Manhattan, IL; and her sister-in-law Tina Czernik (late Dan) of Northlake, IL..
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name can be made to the Alzheimers Association.
