She is survived by: her son Joseph Butkovich (Cathy) of Plainfield, IL; her daughter-in-law Dianne Butkovich of Lemont, IL; her grandchildren, Thomas Butkovich (Kristina), Kevin Butkovich (Gina), Brian Butkovich, Joseph Butkovich (Stacy), Kristen Lee (Andrew), Mariel Weber (Kevin) and Lauren Butkovich; and her great grandchildren, Connor and Everleigh Butkovich.
