He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Yuzeitis and Amy Yuzeitis; and his siblings, Edward, James, Alice, Mary, Laura and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Clouse; his daughter Leilani Puana (Derrick); his granddaughter Tia; and his son Chris Yuzeitis (Cristen).
