David W. Watt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David W. Watt (Elwood, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 6, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, David shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid David farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David J. Watt and Allison Schmidt of Lincoln, NE.. He is survived by: his wife Joan M. Watt; his son James T. Watt (Nancy); his grandsons, David J. Watt (Allison Schmidt) and James P. Watt; his great grandchild Rowan Watt; and his son-in-law Arthur W. Snider.
A committal service will be held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
