Barry Wayne Vanderhyden Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Wayne Vanderhyden of Elwood, Illinois, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Margaret F. Barnes (Lehmann), Robert L. Barnes Sr., Richard H. Vanderhyden, Sr. and Dorothy M. Vanderhyden. He is survived by: his parents, Russell "Rusty" and Michelle "Mickey" Vanderhyden; his sisters, Candice "Candy" King, Sr. (Ryan) and Katherine "Katie" Vanderhyden; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan King, Jr., Jared King, Cameron King, Deangelo "Delo" Johnson, Deangelo Anguiano and Samiya Rae Vanderhyden. He is also survived by companion, "Kush"; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the family for a scholarship fund that will be established at Joliet Central High School Athletic Department.
