She was predeceased by: her sister Darlene Rita Smith (Fitzpatrick); and her parents, Lawrence Joseph and Geraldine Annabelle Fitzpatrick (Biesen). She is survived by: her husband Elwin LeRoy Millsap; and her siblings, Kathleen Ann Fitzpatrick and Terrence Brian Fitzpatrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
