It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Heaton (Elmwood, Illinois), who passed away on November 26, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Hedden; her former husbands, Gilbert L. Heaton Sr. and Ivan Frame; and her sons, William Joseph and Gilbert L. Heaton.
She is survived by: her parent Annie Elizabeth Hunt Hedden; her daughters, Margaret Wright of East Liverpool and Jo Ann Smith of East Palestine; her sister Gertrude Chevron of East Liverpool; her stepsons, Richard Ivan Frame Sr. and Phillip Frame; and her niece Belinda Wellington of East Liverpool. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.
