She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Siens and Lillian Siens (Hand); her husband Fred Lantz; and her children, Harold, Howard Lantz and Robin Diduik.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Lantz (Susie) of Wyoming, Fred Lantz (Linda) of Elmwood, Larry Lantz (Carlyon) of Greensboro, NC and David Lantz of Elmwood. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials contributions may be made to the Elmwood Fire Department Building Fund.
