She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Krohn and Esther Krohn; her siblings, Joanne, Ernest and Chester; and her grandson Dustin Hauber.
She is survived by: her husband John; her daughter Nancy Hauber (Jim); her granddaughter Brooke; her daughter Carol Davis; her grandchildren, Brandie, James and Sean; her daughter Janet Gooderham; her grandchildren, Kali and Ryan; and her great grandchild Noah Hinds.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Phyllis' name to the First United Methodist Church, 18420 Burnham Ave., Lansing, IL 60438.
