It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Jane Hammer of Elmwood, Illinois, who passed away on December 20, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Hammer. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Gavelys (Chad) and Christopher Zeglen; her grandchildren, Carissa, Carmen and Carter Gavelys; her stepsons, Lawrence Hammer and Andrew Hammer; and her siblings, Patrick Lopeman (Jennifer), Susan Sarver (Ted), Linda Matsui (Katsumi), John Lopeman and Nancy Lenox. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
