We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Daniel G. Bowhay (Elmwood, Illinois), born in Salem, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Florice Bowhay (Elliott) and Herman Bowhay; his sister Mildred Appell (Frank); his brother-in-law Dale Savage; and his great grandchild Kinsley Tomlinson.

He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Weber; his children, Linda Mottaz and Larry Bowhay (Norma) of Elmwood; his grandchildren, Tim Mottaz (Kimberly Daniels), Brenda Passmore (Doug), Curt Mottaz (Bonnie), Lindsey Greathouse (Ron Gill) and Stephanie Bowhay (John Tomlinson); and his sister Evelyn Savage of Brownsville, Texas.. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to BYE, Elmwood Fire Department, or Elmwood United Methodist Church.
