Chester Everett Powell Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2025, at the age of 76, Chester Everett Powell of Elmwood, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Justine Louvine Powell (Atchison); and his brother Dennis Powell. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Roach of Pekin, Chad Powell (Angela) of Williamsfield and Michael Powell (Erin) of Delavan; his grandchildren, Dayton, Gabrielle, Grace, Casey, Connor and Reagan; his siblings, Marsha Powell of Springfield and Ivan Powell (Connie) of Illiopolis; and his siblings-in-law, Jennifer Rogers (David) and Walter Barton, II (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
