He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Virginia M.; his children, Walter J. III, Lynn Scatchell (Tom) and Cherished; his grandchildren, Carmen, Stephanie and Taylor; his great grandchildren, Carmen Jr., Phillip and Caring; and his siblings, Ron (Joan) and Sue. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
