He is survived by: his wife Sandi; his children, Tommy (Dawn), Sherry, Paulie and Anthony (Megan); his grandchildren, John, Nick, Domenica, Kylie, Trey, Josh, Zach, Dylan, Lucca, Loren, Ryder and Bear; his great grandchildren, Emily, Sherry, Charleigh, Teddy, Lila, Jaxon and Mason; and his siblings, Dick Otto (Terry) and Carol Herbst (Dave). He is also survived by his aunt, cousins, nieces and nephews.
