We bid farewell to Susan L. Gerambia (Elmwood Park, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 12, 2024 at the age of 68. Susan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kate Schwerdtmann and Ranny Schwerdtmann. She is survived by: her husband James; her daughters, Paula Lonero (Robert) and Laura Gerambia (Richard Loree); her grandchildren, Anthony, Brianna, Gianna and Peyton; and her sisters, Kathy Kohler (Ken), Patty Mitchell (late Tom) and Nancy Schwerdtmann.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Celestine Church (St. Mother Theodore Guerin Parish) (3020 N 76th Ct, Elmwood Park, IL 60707). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
