He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nancy Connell; his children, Samantha van Steenes (Roy) of Fayetteville, NC and Chris Moline (Dana Goldstein) of Lake Zurich; his grandchildren, Amina, Hamza and Sumaiya Aamoud of Fayetteville, NC.; his sister Michelle Daniel of Elmwood Park; his nieces and nephews, Jacqueline Fagerholm, Jessica Daniel and Jaymee Daniel; and his close friend Kathie Lanhardt Musson.
