She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Costabile and Catherine Costabile. She is survived by: her sister Rosemary Falbo; her niece Jacqueline Falbo; her nephew Anthony Falbo (Erin); her great-nephews, Finnigan and Leonardo Falbo; and her niece Jackie.
