Leno Santacaterina Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021, at the age of 94, Leno Santacaterina of Elmwood Park, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent and Amabile; his sister Rena Bartolomei; and his siblings-in-law, Swede Julian, Alice Triggiano and Rose.

He is survived by: his sister Mary (late Donald Julian); his children, Nancy (late Thomas Donohoe), Susan (Charles Sanders), Judy (Matthew Swan), Michael (Mary Ellen) and Amy; his grandchildren, Kevin, Brian Donohoe, Lee, Zoe Sanders, Jacqueline Manny, Brianna Gonzalez, Michael, Daniel, Jenni Santacaterina, Madelynn, Marjorie, Eleanor, Allyson, Thomas Donohoe, Audree, Bella Manny, Nora Jo Gonzalez and Logan Santacaterina; his nieces and nephews, Carol, Georgina, Mark Triggiano, Donna Serpico, Nannette, Stephen, Tina, Roseanne and Thomas Maffei; and his brothers-in-law, Ralph and Alfred Maffei.

Due to pandemic concerns, services were private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Honor Flight Chicago, the Historic Pullman Foundation or Casa Italia in Stone Park would be appreciated.
