He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary A.; his children, Kyle Ryne, Ariel Jordan Bermea (Rick) and Aubrey Renée Alvarado (Harry); his grandson Clark Olive Bermea; his grandparent Baby Alvarado; his parents, Elsie Kane and Ernest Backman; his parents-in-law, Irene and John Kmiecik; his siblings, Linda Stieber (late Bob) and Kristopher Kane (Miriam); his siblings-in-law, Cynthia "Cyndi" Fricke, Kathy, Jack, Terry, Bob, Cecilia, Carolyn, Greg, Chris and Jim; his nieces and nephews, Brittney Fricke Rogers (Graham Rogers), Brandon Fricke, Jennifer Lynn Orze (Matt) and Jeffrey Robert Stieber (Maggie); and his cousins, Donna, Jann, Marty and Eric. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
