Judith Menzel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Menzel of Elmwood Park, Illinois, who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Weldon and Florence Weldon; and her siblings, Jerry Weldon (Val) and Bill Weldon (Ann). She is survived by: her significant other Albert "Zeke" Zilske; her children, Dawn Schenone (Dan) and Menzel; her grandchildren, Zach Thull and Bella Struck (Mark); and her siblings, Tom Weldon, Mary Kay Giacalone (Joe), Weldon and Tim Weldon (Ro). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks that any financial contributions be made to the LUNGevity Foundation to help further their goal of early lung cancer detection and life-saving treatments. Donations can be made at their website.
